About Me

Micah Katz PA (Physician Assistant)

Micah Katz has been a Physician Assistant in clinical practice for more than 25 years. He has been an adjunct professor at several universities and a clinical preceptor for more than 100 PA’s. He completed his Master’s Degree in Health Science at Chatham University in 2009, and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pittsburgh, with an anticipated completion date of May 2026. Micah received his Israel Amit Rofeh license in 2025 (equivalent to the US PA license).

Micah received a Certificate of Advanced Education from the Obesity Medical Association in 2022 and dedicated a significant part of his practice is helping patients achieve their weight loss goals. Micah was a member of the National Disaster Medical System for more than 15 years, responding throughout the United States to disaster zones and national emergencies. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and adult children, as well as their 2 dogs.

Dr. Philip Green

Dr. Philip Green is a highly skilled and experienced cardiologist with a passion for providing exceptional care to his patients. Dr. Green earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the top medical schools in the United States. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Green has been practicing cardiology for over 20 years and has developed expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart failure, and valvular heart disease. He takes a patient-centered approach to care, focusing on communication and building a strong relationship with each of his patients. Dr. Green believes in the importance of preventative care and encourages his patients to take an active role in managing their heart health.

Dr. Green is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He has also been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and a New York Super Doctor. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Green is actively involved in research and education, and has authored numerous publications in the field of cardiology.

Daniel Tarallo PA (Physician Assistant)

Following a successful career in Telecommunications, Daniel Tarallo returned to school and graduated from Marywood University in 2009 to begin his second career as a Physician Assistant.

Daniel has worked in a variety of settings including the Emergency Department, Corrections Medicine with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, and several Urgent Care organizations. Daniel joined Carestier Health in 2024 and provides Primary and Urgent Care services with a focus on Weight loss Management.

Eliana Rosenfeld PA (Physician Assistant)

I am a board-certified Physician Assistant with training from Touro College and experience caring for patients across all ages and stages of life. My background includes pediatrics, adult primary care, and weight loss management, giving me a well-rounded perspective on health and wellness.

I am passionate about helping patients achieve their goals through personalized, evidence-based care. Whether supporting families in building healthy habits, guiding adults in managing chronic conditions, or providing strategies for sustainable weight loss, I strive to empower each patient to take an active role in their health. My goal is to combine medical expertise with compassion, creating a partnership that promotes long-term well-being.
